• A Cardholder will earn five(5) points (“Cash Dollar Point”) for every RMB 100 spent at any Chaterhouse Stores. Purchases will be rounded to full RMB 100 spent. For example, only 15 Cash Dollar Point can be earned when a member spent RMB340. To obtain Cash Dollar Points, the Cardholder must present the membership card at time of purchase. Cash Dollar Points will be recorded on the membership card and into a Cardholder’s account (“Cardholders Account”) held by Chaterhouse.
  
  
• Qualifying Purchases will be those purchases that Chaterhouse in its sole discretion from time to time nominates as Qualifying Purchases.



• Customers or groups of customers (for example teachers, or seniors) who already receive discounts or special reductions on purchases and product are not eligible to receive Cash Dollar Points when purchasing using this discount.



• Corporate account holders are not eligible to earn Cash Dollar Points.



• Cash Dollar Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these terms and conditions.



• Chaterhouse is not responsible for any technical or other error or failure which results in Cash Dollar Points not being recorded on a membership card.
